Europe: “Outstanding Emergency Call Center” Award assigned to AREU

From the 22nd to the 24th April, 2015, took place in Bucharest the annual conference of EENA – European Emergency Number Association. The initiative gathers public agencies, institutions and private organizations around the common subject of 112 emergency services. Part of the event is dedicated to prizes: individuals and/or institions are awarded in different categories thanks to the work done over the year. The “Oustanding Emergency Call Center” section award 2015 has been assigned to Italian AREU, the agency responsible for 112 Control Rooms in Lombardy region. emma technology by Beta 80 Group supports all emergency activities within 112 Control Rooms in Lombardy Region. .
